| Medium Roast | Clean, well rounded acidity, rich notes of chocolate, and finishes off with sweet caramel. A crowd pleaser with beans from Nicaragua. |
| Dark Roast | Rich with a hint of spice and cocoa. This varietal is sourced from small farms in Guatemala. |
Our coffees are sourced from local roasters that ensure their beans are ethically traded, Fair Trade certified, and organic. We purchase our coffees from a local roaster based in North Vancouver.
